I love picking wildflowers and keeping some right at my kitchen sink. They are a little bit of beauty right beside the place where a lot of the work and the mess happen in the kitchen. They are pretty and they are free! And they change throughout the summer so I always have a new selection to work with.
If you love a perennial garden like I do, you will also share that belief that the best things in life are free! I have about 20 big fat hostas in my garden and I didn’t pay for a single one. They all came from someone else’s hostas.
